Meet Easler: An EdTech and Content Company

WorkTraining.com was founded as Drug Testing Courses Inc. on November 12, 2014, by former high school teacher turned attorney Andrew Easler and entrepreneur James White.

After training our first learner in late 2014, we rebranded in 2015 as Easler Education Inc., a name that reflects our founder's last name and our mission to make learning easier ('Easler' stands for Easier Learning). It felt like the perfect fit, as if it was meant to be.

In late 2017, our co-founder Andrew Easler began legal studies at Florida A&M University College of Law. By 2018, we welcomed our first trainer, and in 2019, the launch of EaslerLMS saw over 500 students enroll on its first day.

In 2021, our focus expanded from drug testing to broader compliance training, transitioning to WorkTraining.com. By 2022, we evolved into an Edtech company with the second iteration of EaslerLMS, and in 2024, we launched a course search engine to provide diverse learning opportunities for all.

Today, we empower employers with EaslerLMS and SCORM-compliant courseware and are actively developing SCORM Vault, a SaaS solution to assist organizations and trainers with efficient content management.
