WorkTraining acts as an online service provider (OSP) and qualifies for safe harbor protections under 17 U.S.C. § 512. We respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement and maintain a policy to terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Infringement Notification
If you believe that content on WorkTraining.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written takedown notice to our designated DMCA agent. The notice must include all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL).
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., not covered by fair use).
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Important: Misrepresenting that material is infringing may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). If you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright, consult an attorney before submitting a notice.

Our Response to Takedown Notices
Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, WorkTraining will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted the material, if possible, and provide them with a copy of the takedown notice.
- Document the notice and our actions for compliance purposes.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material was removed or disabled in error (e.g., due to fair use or mistaken identification), you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent. The counter-notification must include all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal (e.g., the URL).
- statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the Middle District of Florida if your address is outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice or their agent.
Send your counter-notification to the DMCA agent listed above. If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner notifies us that they have filed a court action to restrain the material.
Repeat Infringer Policy
WorkTraining maintains a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. If you believe a user is a repeat infringer, please contact our DMCA agent with sufficient information to verify the user’s status.
