The DOT Urine Specimen Collector Train-the-Trainer course is a comprehensive online training program that covers the instructional practices necessary for training urine specimen collectors in accordance with federal regulations.
This program complies with the “train-the-trainer” requirement for collector training and monitoring as outlined in the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations – DOT regulation 49 CFR Part 40.33(c)(2)(iii). This program is designed for instructors who serve in a wide variety of roles, including those regulated by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Federal Transit Administration (FTA), Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), and the U.
