WorkTraining.com Offers Comprehensive Training on Oral Fluid Testing in Response to DOT's New Drug Testing Rule, Ensuring a Safer and Drug-Free Workplace

Melbourne, FL - WorkTraining.com is proud to announce the availability of training on DOT oral fluid testing, a drug testing method that can detect recent drug use. The Department of Transportation (DOT) recently announced that the final rule from the Office of the Secretary of Transportation, which includes the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), and the U.S Department of Transportation (DOT), has been published in the Federal Register. This final rule allows drug testing using oral fluid for DOT-covered employers, providing an alternative to urine testing.

Oral fluid testing, also known as saliva testing, is a non-invasive and reliable drug testing method that can reduce the burden of urine testing while maintaining the accuracy and reliability of drug testing. This new testing method is particularly useful for employers with a mobile workforce, where collecting urine samples can be challenging.

In response to the DOT's new drug testing rule, WorkTraining.com is now offering comprehensive training on oral fluid testing to help employers implement effective drug testing programs. Our courses cover the legal requirements for drug testing, the procedures for administering oral fluid testing, and the interpretation of test results. We offer a variety of courses, including online and in-person training, to fit the needs of every employer.

Andrew Easler, Esq., a leading expert in drug testing laws, said: "The new DOT rule allowing oral fluid testing is a significant development in workplace drug testing. Oral fluid testing is less invasive and easier to administer than urine testing, making it a more practical option for many employers. However, employers must ensure that their drug testing programs comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including privacy and discrimination."

WorkTraining.com's drug-free workplace training courses provide employers with the knowledge and tools to implement a successful drug testing program using oral fluid testing. We are excited to work with employers to help them ensure a safer and drug-free workplace.

James White, CEO of WorkTraining.com, said: "We are thrilled to offer training on oral fluid testing, a new drug testing method for DOT-covered employers that will help employers ensure a drug-free workplace. Our courses are designed to provide employers with the knowledge and skills to implement an effective drug testing program using oral fluid testing."
